BEFORE seeking a refund, ensure you've allowed sufficient time for the product to take effect. We typically recommend a minimum of 3 months of use to assess its impact on your body.

Confirm you're within the 60-day window from the date of delivery. You can verify the delivery date by checking the tracking number on the carrier's website.

Step 2:

Email our support team stating your doubts about the product's benefits. Include "Refund Request" in the email subject to prioritize your request. You can find the support team's email in your product purchase confirmation email.

Step 3:

Return all bottles, regardless of whether they're empty or not. Enclose a note with your full name, email, and order ID (if available) for quick processing. Rest assured, upon receiving ALL bottles and the shipping slip, your refund will be promptly processed.

Please note, we don't cover return shipping costs.

Step 4:

Be patient; we'll swiftly process your refund upon receiving your package. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's done. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
